DreamHack Open November groups and first matches announced

The Swedish tournament organizer gave the last two spots at the event to Spirit and Nemiga.

The groups for the $100,000 DreamHack Open November have been drawn. The online event, taking place on November 26-29, will have both groups played out in a GSL system that will give way to a single elimination playoff bracket featuring two best-of-three semi-finals and a best-of-five grand final.

Spirit received one of the two invites for the event

The tournament has a heavy presence of Nordic and CIS teams, with Spirit, flowskola, Apeks and AGF fighting it out in Group A and Gambit, Illuminar, Nemiga and KOVA rounding out the tournament's team roster in Group B.

The initial match-ups have also been revealed by DreamHack, with Spirit and flowskola in the first Group A timeslot on November 26 at 13:00 and the Gambit vs. Illuminar series opening Group B simultaneously.

The last two matches of the day, slotted for 16:30 , will pit the remaining teams, AGF and Apeks in Group A and Nemiga and KOVA in Group B.
